To comply with the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act 2002, prior to purchasing real estate, buyer representation must be in effect. The Buyer Representation Agreement protects the interest of the buyer guaranteeing the very best in real estate service under the law.
This Agreement signifies that for a finite period of time, you, the buyer has engaged a specific REALTOR® brokerage to work exclusively on your behalf to find the right property, in the area of your choice, and at a price you can afford.
